Mr. Howard’s reputation for being honest and forthright has earned him respect with his peers and his customers. Mr. Howard is native of Southern California and comes from a long line of well respected business men.

The Howard name has been in Southern California industrial sales since the 1930’s when Harold Howard opened The Howard Supply Company. The Howard Supply Company furnished industrial supplies to the booming Southern California oil and gas industry until the 1970’s when it was sold to Republic Supply Company of Colorado. Patrick remembers from a young age entertaining purchasing agents and their wives at dinner parties and receptions as part of the family business. It was there that he got the taste of sales. Patrick worked in the oil and gas industry during college and after he left to make his own mark and start a family.

Patrick started Ace Roofing Material is 1991. The company flourished and was built up over the course of the next 17 years and exceeded $4 million in sales annually. Patrick developed a strong business background during these years. He built an extensive customer base, developed a solid reputation, and became a valuable resource within the Southern California market. Due to changes in the local economy, constant governmental pressure on small businesses, and various other challenges Ace Roofing Material was forced to close business in 2007. “It was the hardest time of my life”.
